Jewelrize offers a limited warranty for all our Jewelrize branded products purchased from authorized Jewelrize retailer, including online at www.jewelrize.com. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects for Jewelrize in Thailand and the Jewelrize Online Shop in Thailand for a limited life time warranty. Jewelrize will not repair or replace any goods that have been, in the company's opinion, subject to an accident, normal wear and tear, abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence, or misuse. If a piece is not covered by the terms of the Jewelrize warranty policy, the company offers a repair service subject to a fee. Please note that if you are a Thailand resident with a Thailand mailing address, this repair service is also available to you for Jewelrize branded products that are purchased abroad.
This warranty does not apply to:
(i) cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks and dents;
(ii) For crystal that are larger than 1mm, if you didn’t provide us with the loose crystal. There will be additional fee to replace the lost crystal.
(iii) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes;
(iv) damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of Jewelrize.
In addition, Jewelrize reserves the right to refuse warranty claims against products or services that are obtained and/or used in contravention of the laws of any country.
IN NO EVENT SHALL JEWELRIZE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER RESULTING FROM THE USE, MISUSE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT OR FROM DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT.
A damaged piece can only be repaired if all of the conditions mentioned above are met.

We recommend shipping the product by certified or registered mail and insuring the product for its retail value. Jewelrize is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of the product during transit.
